- Childcare experience preferred; adolescent-friendly attitude; able to

- Staff will need to participate in any necessary training is needed to
provide the necessary services and
supervision to Clubhouse Youth.
Specific Duties:
- Provides as a single point of contact
for clients in order to provide and ensure access to tangible client
needs such as: food, shelter, clothing, transportation, education etc.
- Provides follow-up and on-going services to clients.
- Provides supervision for all Clubhouse youth; setting appropriate
limits.
- Reinforces the Clubhouse rules with all youth.
- Keeps daily notes of activities the youth participate in.
- When necessary contacts family members and supports the Clubhouse
Program Director in arranging daily
participation of members in Clubhouse.
- Maintains a positive attitude toward all Clubhouse members and their
families.
- Conducts informal groups to youth in the Clubhouse; topics to be
arranged

- Service and resource coordination to assist the consumer and family in
gaining access to necessary
rehabilitative, medical, social, and other services and supports.
- Assistance with developing skills for youth to self recognize emotional
triggers and self-manage behavior
related to the child’s emotional disturbance
- Safe transportation of clients will be indicated when transportation
protocol is followed.
- Documentation must be completed in a timely manner, and in compliance
with DHR guidelines by using the
G (Goal), I (Intervention), R (Response), and P (Plan). Notes will be
reviewed consistently by the Treatment
Coordinator.
- Strength Based interventions should be thoughtful, creative and directly
related to the consumer’s
individual target behavior and related back to their treatment plan.
- Family members are actively contacted and encouraged to provide input
into the rewards and /or
consequences provided to their youths.
- Provide scheduled face to face with client at least once a month in the
community.
- Maintain a positive attitude toward all clients and their families.
- Facilitate two (2) skills training groups a week; Parent group and Seven
Challenges; meet minimum
standards of productivity as established by the Executive Director and
Treatment Coordinator.

Part-time Certified Addiction Counselor
needed. This is a contractor position that requires a drug screen and
background check prior to employment. Salary range is $20-$30 per hour,
per Face-to-Face visit. You are also required to attend
weekly Staffings on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. As a certified
